1. Order Enquiries & Cancellations
Since Muelex specializes in bulk industrial supplies, municipal street lighting orders, and custom solar setups, order cancellations must be requested prior to final dispatch or custom manufacturing commencement.
2. Warranty & Defect Claims
All certified fixtures carry assured warranty backing (typically 3 to 5 years). If you encounter manufacturing defects or driver failures within the warranty window, products are eligible for inspection and replacement as per our quality assurance terms.
3. Refund Processing
In the event of an approved cancellation or financial adjustment for pre-paid bulk orders, refunds are processed and credited back through the original payment gateway or bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days.
